„Shaken by news on a tragic event in neighbouring Montenegro, at Cetinje, I offer sincere condolence to families of victims and to Prime Minister Milojko Spajić. 

On behalf of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and my own, I wish quick and full recovery to wounded ones, and to those affected by the tragedy I wish to find strength to overcome unsurmountable imaginable pain.
