Krišto with Deputy President of Parliament of Republic of Korea Parliament

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Deputy President of the Parliament of the Republic of Korea Kim Young-joo talked in Sarajevo today on possibilities for strengthening of bilateral cooperation. 

The meeting emphasised that the two friendly countries have no outstanding issues, and that the space for strengthening of bilateral cooperation is open, including for a considerable improvement thereof in all areas.

Chairwoman Krišto briefed Deputy President Young-joo of comparative advantages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proximity of the European Union and CEFTA area, in addition to human potentials, energy stability and growing touristic capacities, rendering us foreign investments attractive. She pointed at BIH interest for improvement of economic cooperation with the Republic of Korea, especially though investments, transfer of knowledge and new technologies, as well as for cooperation in the areas o industry, informatics and tourism.

They exchanged views on the current political-economic developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world, and Chairwoman Krišto noted the importance of strengthened dynamics of progressing towards the EU.
