House of Representatives Confirms New Council of Ministers of BIH

The House of Representatives of the Parliamentarian Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina took a decision to endorse appointment of Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Deputy Chairpersons of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 2nd, urgent, session held on February 25, 2023. 

Upon a proposal by  Chairwomen of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto (HDZ BiH), confirmed were appointments of Zoran Tegletija (SNSD) for Minister of Finance and Treasury, Elmedin Konaković (NiP) for Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zukan Helez (SDP BiH) for Minister of Defence, Nenad Nešić (DNS) for Minister of Security, Staša Košarac (SNSD) for Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Edin Forta (Naša stranka) for Minister of Communications and Transport, Davor Bunza (HDZ BiH) for Minister of Justice, Dubravka Bošnjak (HDZ BiH) for Minister of Civil Affairs, and Selvid Hurtić (BH Zeleni) for Minister for Human Rights and Refugees.

The House of Representatives endorsed appointments of Mhmamed Hasanovoć (SPS BiH) for Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury, Josip Brkić (HDZ BiH) for Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Slaven Galić (HDZ BiH) for Deputy Minister of Security, Aleksandar Goganović (SNSD) for Deputy Minister of Defence, Ivica Bošnjak (HDZ BiH) for Deputy Minister of Security, Ljiljana Lovrić (HSS) for Deputy Minister Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Ognjen Janjić (DEMOS) for Deputy Minister of Communications and Transport, Elvir Mahmuzić (SDP BiH) for Deputy Minister of Justice, Marijana Mojić (Ujedinjena Srpska) for Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs, and Duška Jurišić (Naša stranka) for Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Refuges.

Confirmed were also appointments of Zoran Tegeltija and Zukan Helez for Deputy Chairpersons of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The House of Representatives took a decision to endorse appointment of Borjana Krišto for Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH, at tis 1^st urgent session, held on December 28, 2022. (end)
