EU Integration Collegiums Holds its 4th Session

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija over chaired the 4th session of the European Integrations Collegiums, held today in Sarajevo. 

The session stressed that the European integrations are the strategic option of BIH and that through joint actions by all levels of authority, in line with Constitutional competences and coordination mechanism, BIH may continue fulfilling the EU membership criteria.

In that regard, the European Integrations Collegiums tasked the European integrations Committee to prepare, by June 30, 2020, a Methodology of Drafting the EU Integrations Programme of BIH, pursuant to the principles of a Resolution on European Integrations Process Coordination System  in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and provide it to the Collegiums for consideration.

Also, in order to speed-up the EU integrations process of BIH, the Collegiums for European Integrations tasked the European Integrations Committee to prepare, by June 15, 2020, an Action Plan  for realisation of key priorities from the European Commission opinion to BIH request for membership in the EU, and provide it to the Collegiums for European Integrations.
