Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija chaired over a Covid-19 Pandemics Socio-Economic Response Group constitutive session. 

The Socio-Economic Response Group - set-up under the Council of Ministers Decision, having regard of the gravity and volume of the Covid-19 pandemics – is responsible for activities coordination of all-level authorities as to defining socio-economic measures as a response to Covid-19-caused pandemics, analysis of the situation in terms of the pandemics socio-economic consequences, harmonisation and coordination of the resulting aftermaths targeting measures, and coordination of activities of all-level authorities for the purpose of securing financial resources outreaching all levels by way of mobilisation of domestic funds and foreign financial relief, including that of the European Union.

The Socio-Economic Response Group is chaired over by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, while the support in designing the Group’s policies and administrative-technical support is to be provided by the Fiscal Council of BIH.

The Socio-Economic Response Group is made of, other than the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Fiscal Council of BIH, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, and Standing Board for Financial Stability of BIH.

Today’s constitutive session discussed the way of operation of the Covid-19 Pandemics Socio-Economic Response Group.
