CoM BIH Chairman and Deputies Chairman Talk with Ambassador Sattler

Chairman of the Council of Ministers fo BIH Zoran Tegeltija and Deputies Chairman, Minister of Finance and Treasury Vjekoslav Bevanda and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bisera Turković talked in Sarajevo with Head of Delegation of the European Union in BIH Johann Sattler. 

The meeting discussed the current political and economic developments in BIH in the light of the European Integrations.

Chairman Tegeltija stressed the decidedness of the Council of Ministers for the continuation of the European road of BIH through fulfilment of priorities underlying the European Commission Opinion., with a full respect and compliance to the Constitution and Dayton Agreement, and commitment for a more evident economic progress.

The meeting assessed that the necessity to adopt a Memorandum in order to conclude an Agreement on use of the EU Micro-financial assistance fuds. It was jointly concluded that for the main of overcoming economic aftermaths of the coronavirus pandemics, it is urgent to continue reform processes and implementation of socio-economic measures, in the context of which economic activities should be relaunched and job restored.

Views were exchanged on investment plans for the coming period of time, and Chairman Tegeltija used the opportunity to thank to Ambassador Sattler for the efforts made in assisting the citizens of Institutions of BIH to coup with the Codiv-19 pandemics-caused problems.
