Chairwoman with Secretary General of Muslim World League Al-Issa

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto met in Sarajevo, at the margins of the “Members of Parliament and Religious Leaders for Peace and Co-Existence” International Conference, with Secretary-General of the Muslim World League Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa. 

The Chairwoman briefed Secretary-General Al-Issa of the current economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European road of our country. She stressed that co-existence, inter-ethic and inter-religious tolerance are of a decisive importance, since these values represent the foundation of survival of BIH and its further European progressing. She added that in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a society of ethnic, religious and cultural diversity, the state of three constitutive people and all others living in it, reaching stable peace and harmonious co-existence is an obligation for all, especially for political and religious leaders, so it is imperative to continue strengthening of these values and building of stable future rightly on these foundations.

In that context, she said that the visit is an opportunity for talk, prompting us further to work together on promotion of tolerance, dialogue and shared prosperity in country and in the region, as well as on the global plan.
