Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Secretary-General of North-Atlantic Alliance mark Rutte in Meeting

A meeting of Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Secretary-General of the North-Atlantic Alliance (NATO)in Meeting with Rutte mark Rutte was held in Sarajevo. Today’s working visit by NATO Secretary-General Rutte comes due to global geopolitical challenges, developments on the European continent, and internal political situation in our country. 

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Krišto briefed Secretary-General Rutte of political developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so the two high officials had an exchange on political and security issues in the region and European continent.

Chairwoman Krišto pointed out that there are no security threats to our country and that all institutions continue operating smoothly and professionally

Geopolitical developments on the global and European level consequently spill over to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the meeting concluded.

Despite all challenges, stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and if its institution is the joint interest of all political actors. Joint dialogue and key decision taking by political representatives of all three constitutive people is the common interest, emphasised the meeting.

Bosnia and Herzegovina and NATO continue with their high-level cooperation, securing peace, stability and safety of the whole region, as was concluded at the meeting. (end)
