Chairwoman Krišto with Ambassador Sattler

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto talked in Sarajevo with Head of Delegation of the European Union in BIH and Special Representative of the European Union in BIH Ambassador Johan Sattler on priorities of the new congregation of Council of Ministers of BIH. 

Chairwoman Krišto noted that the European road of Bosnia and Herzegovina has no alternative and that our country needs a strong EU support. Also, she expressed her satisfaction with the candidate status, which arrived as the first relevant breakthrough after submission of a membership request in February 2016.

Chairwoman Keišto thanked to Ambassador Sattler for support to-date to our country, and said she expects already good cooperation to get intensified in future work. She emphasised that institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina await serious efforts, especially in the area of protection of collective and individual rights, where the EU support comes as invaluable.

Ambassador Sattler congratulated to Chairwoman Krišto for her appointment, wishing her successful work in her new post. (end)
