Chairwoman Krišto Wishes Happy Pesach

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto congratulated the Pesach to President of the Jewish Community of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jakob Finci and to all Jews in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

“On behalf of the Council of Ministers od BIH, and my own, I offer sincere congratulations and best wishes in the day of celebration of the Pesach.

May this great holiday of freedom be a reminder to abundance of cultural heritage of our common homeland Bosnia and Herzegovina, which transfers through generations. Pascha is the time of expressing joy for God’s blessing of living, together with our closest ones, accompanied by memories on those who went earlier, and with opening of the road to those to come.

Contribution and devotedness of Jews in development of our society are respectful to all of us who share values of liberty and equality in our Bosnia and Herzegovina. I wish Pesach to bring you health, joy and spiritual tranquillity”, reads the congratulations note by Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto. (end)
