Chairwoman Krišto Talks with Foreign Ministers of Austria and Italy

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto talked in Sarajevo with Minister for Europe and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria Alexander Schallenberg and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy Antoni Tajani on the European road of BIH. 

Chairwoman Krišto expressed her thankfulness and pleasure with the visit by Ministers from friendly European countries which provide a continuous support to Bosnia and Herzegovina and its European road. She stressed readiness of Bosnia and Herzegovina for strengthening of institutional, economic, defence, security and cultural ties with Austria and Italy, which would facilitate joining of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European family of nations.

She briefed the Ministers of the current political developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially of the process of all-level authority setting-up, expressing her conviction that the process would get finalised soon, so that energy may be turned to reform processes related to European integrations. She underlined that priorities of the Council of Ministers of BIH, in line with competences thereof, are the fulfilment of 14 European conditions connected to a further integrations breakthrough of our country. She also noted important links in the chain of stabilisation of internal political situation by amendment of election law, implementation of the BIH Constitutional Court decision and all awards of the European Court for Human Rights. (end)
