Chairwoman Krišto Talks with Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Koopman

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Gert Jan Koopman stressed, in their phone conversation, the importance of development and passing to the European Commission the BIH Reforms Plan for the Western Balkans Growth Plan. 

Krišto reiterated dedication by a Work Team - which, includes., other than the Chairwoman, Presidents of Entity and Cantonal Governments - to completion of activities on adoption of an indicative list of key reforms necessary for economic growth in BIH. She said she is confident that following the last unsuccessful meeting, a political stalemate in the process was removed and that all stakeholders included in development of key reforms list will be aware that the European Commission expects to receive soon the position of Bosnia and Herzegovina on indicative reforms.

Krišto thanked to Director-General Koopman for support the European Commission extends to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of drafting BIH reform list for the Western Balkans Growth Plan, directed to strengthening of economic growth and acceleration of necessary socio-economic approximation by counties of the region to the EU.
