Chairwoman Krišto Receives in Visit NATO Staff Commander, Brigadier-General Matthew Vallas

A meeting was held between Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Commander of NATO Staff, General Matthew Vallas. 

Chairwoman Krišto expressed her pleasure with cooperation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with NATO and emphasised the importance of it, organised though reform programmes and Committee for Cooperation with NATO. These bodies coordinate activities among state-level Ministries and Agencies, providing continuous and active support in necessary reforms implementation.

The meeting offered an opportunity for further strengthening of partnership, with an emphasis to joint aims, namely, improvement and intensification of cooperation, with a focus at support to democratic, institutional and security reforms.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has proven itself as a credible and reliable partner wishing to continue strengthening domestic capacities, along with both domestic and regional initiatives in securing peace and stability on the whole European continent. (end)
