Chairwoman Krišto met with World Bank Country Manager for BiH and Montenegro

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, held discussions today in Sarajevo with the World Bank Country Manager for BiH and Montenegro, Christopher Sheldon, regarding the continuation of mutual cooperation and ongoing projects in our country. 

The interlocutors discussed the dynamics of implementing current projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are aimed at strengthening economic growth, reforming the public sector, and measures aimed at mitigating the effects of the global economic crisis.

The World Bank Country Manager expressed gratitude to the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH for her efforts in expediting the ratification process of agreed projects.

Chairwoman Krišto expressed her expectation that cooperation with the World Bank will intensify and bring new investments and projects in the forthcoming period. (End)
