Chairwoman Krišto at 10th Anniversary of Berlin Process: BIH as Inevitable Segment in Strengthening Regional Cooperation and SEE Integration to EU

The 10th Anniversary of the Berlin Process was market in Berin, where Bosnia and Herzegovina was represented by Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers Borjana Krišto, at the highest political level of European and regional leaders. 

The Berlin Process was initiated in 2014 as a platform for high-level cooperation among high official representatives of six Western Balkan countries (WB 6).

A Declaration on 2025-2028 Common Regional Market (CRM2) was signed today, along with an Agreement on Access to High Education and Enrolment to studies in the Western Balkans.

At the leaders’ meeting, Chairwoman Krišto emphasised a particular importance of the 10 years ago started Berlin Process, which has contributed to a new dynamic of the European integrations of the region and gave an unchallenged impetus to acceleration of reforms within all countries included.

“Bosnia and Herzegovina continues its diligent work on strengthening regional cooperation, proving itself as a reliable partner and inevitable segment in the whole EU integration process of the SEE. We go on with dynamics we have set to, especially in time towards the end of the current year, to fulfil the remaining of reforms and our obligations”, Chairwoman Krišto said in her address to the WB6 leaders.
