Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltija talked in Sarajevo with Special Envoy of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for trade issues for the Western Balkans and member of the Lower House Martin Vickers on promotion of economic cooperation and trade exchange between the two countries and for the benefit of citizens. 

Chairman Tegeltija pointed at the importance of promotion of bilateral economic relations, and expressed his readiness for discussion on concrete projects and investments. He stressed an interest of BIH for investments in water supply and waste water management, wood processing and metal industry, as well as cooperation at infrastructure projects through IPA mechanisms and EBRD funds.

Chairman Tegeltija said the aspects of security situation largely depend on economy, referring to a need for better communications and arguing, so that positions of all political stakeholders might be understood well.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH thanked to Great Britain for support it continuously provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina. (end)
