Chairman Tegeltija with Newly Appointed Smbassador of Turkey

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegletija received today in Sarajevo in an introductory visit Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in BIH Sadik Barbur Girgin. 

On this occasion, Chairman Tegeltija briefed Ambassador Girgin of the current political and economic developments in BIH, and acknowledged very good and stable relations and bilateral cooperation between BIH and Turkey.

Cahirman Tegeltija said that there are no outstanding issues between the two states, and expressed his satisfaction with the dynamics and development of relations with Turkey, with which BIH has the most of concluded and ratified treaties, specifying the Turkish engagement on realisation of the Sarajevo-Belgrade-Sarajevo modern road communication project.

During the talks, Chairman Tegletija underlined that good economic cooperation  should be further developed with continuous linking businessmen of the two countries, pointing at advantages of investments to infrastructure, agriculture, energy, tourism, education and health in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

They exchanged opinions on other topical issues, and the Chairman of the Cocncil of Ministers, welcoming the Ambassador of Turkey, wished him success in his new term. (end)
