Chairman Tegeltija with Delegation of Republic Organisation of Families of Imprisoned and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija talked today in Sarajevo with a Delegation of the Republic Organisation of Families of Imprisoned and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians (ROPIN), led by Organisation President Veljko Lazić. 

Representatives of the Republic Organisation of Families of Imprisoned and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians informed Chairman Tegeltija of the problems they face in the process of searching for missing persons from Republika Srpska.

They expressed their discontent with the operation of the Institute for Missing Persons of IH, and pointed at a necessity of reform thereof, as well as at a very small number of identified remainings of Serb civilians and members of the Army of Republika Srpska, stressing that it is about deliberate obstruction of finding missing persons of Serb ethnic origin against which war crimes were committed.

On this occasion, Chairman Tegeltija said he would ask for the continuation of activities of the Work Group for reform of management structure in the Institute for Missing Persons in BIH.
