Chairman Tegeltija with Ambassador Ponomarev

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija received in a farewell visit non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus in BIH, seated in Budapest, Aleksander Ponomarev, in Sarajevo. 

The meeting discussed the current political and eocnpmic developments in BIH, region and the world, and Chairman Tegeltija pointed at the interest of BIH for an improvement of the economic and cultural cooperation, with a special focus at agriculture and tourism.

The exchanged opinions on security situation in Belorussia and the region, in the context of tightening relations between Ukraine and Russia, and Chairman Tegelltija expressed his concern over current developments in eastern Ukraine.

Chairman Tegeltija thanked to Ambassador Ponomarev for his engagement in improvement of the two countries’ relations, and wished him success in his further diplomatic carrier. (end)
