Chairman Tegeltija with Ambassador of France Rousson

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Zoran Tegeltija talked in Sarajevo with Ambassador of the Republic of France in BIH Guillaume Rousson on the current political and economic topics in BIH and the region, with a focus to the European integrations process and possibilities for improvement of cooperation between the two countries. 

Chairman Tegeltija emphasised that the cooperation between BIH and France to-date was good, but that there are numerous unused possibilities for realisation of projects of common interests, which would contribute significantly to the promotion of economic relations of the two counties.

The Ambassador of France briefed the Chairman of the Council of Ministers on activities of the French Development Agency, which would finance important projects in BIH in the coming years, especially though in the areas of regional integration, environmental protection and climate.

Chairman Tegeltija thanked to Ambassador Rousson for the assistance his country sent in 2014 to citizens of BIH after catastrophic floods.

The interlocutors exchanged opinions in other topical issues, in addition to security situation in BIH and the region in the light of migrant crisis.
