Chairman Tegeltija wishes Merry Christmas to Orthodox Believers

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija wished merry Christmas to His Eminency Metropolitan Dabrobosanski Hrizostom, Holy Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Bishops, clergy and to all believers celebrating the holiday according to the Julian calendar. 

“On behalf of the Council of Ministers, and my own, to Your Eminency, bishops, clergy and Orthodox believers I send warm greetings on the occasion of the great Christian holidy Christmas.

Christmas reminds us always anew of peace, love, togetherness, dignity and good neighbourly relations, and inspires us to use and cherish on a daily basis the fundamental values of the Christian civilisation. 

I wish the believers to wait the up-coming holiday in health and joy, surrounded by their family, in time that brings increased responsibility for the closest ones. With the best wishes for this holiday to be spent in spiritual peace and hope for better times, I greet you with the traditional greeting: Peace of God - Christ was Born!”, reads the greeting note by Chairman Tegeltija.
