Chairman Tegeltija Talks with head of IMF Mission Petri

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija talked today, via video-link, with Head of the International Monetary Fund Mission in BIH Martin Petri on the current economic and financial topics and on conclusion of a new arrangement with this international financial institution. 

Chairman Tegeltija emphasised a decision of the Council of Ministers to work with this international financial institution and conclude a new arrangement for the aim of overcoming challenges, caused by Covid-19 pandemics, pointing at its high degree of agreement with the IMF on all key topics.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers thanked to the IMF for the assistance and effective action in approving the Rapid Financing Instrument resources at the start of the pandemics, in addition to its readiness for continuation of technical and financial support to BIH.
