Chairman Tegeltija Talks with Ambassador Kalabuhov

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija talked in Sarajevo with Ambassador of the Russian Federation in BIH Igor Kalabuhov on the current political situation in BIH. 

On this occasion, Chairman Tegeltija stressed the necessity of internal dialogue and respect of the Dayton Peace Agreement, as well as of constitutional responsibilities of all-level authorities in BIH, as precondition for smooth functioning of BIH.

The meeting discussed a possibility for intensification of trade and economic cooperation, since the Russian Federation is one of most important foreign trade partners of BIH and one of major investors, and it pointed at a need for support and boost of links between the business communities of the two countries.

They expressed their satisfaction for good and friendly relations to-date, and emphasised their commitment for further promotion of bilateral relations to the mutual benefit.

Ambassador Igor Kalabuhov handed over to Chairman of the Council of Ministers Tegeltija a congratulations note of President of the Government of the Russian Federation Mihail Mishustin, on the occasion of his birthday. (end)
