Chairman Tegeltija Sends Message of Condolence on Occasion of Metropolitean Amfilohije Passing on

Chairman of the Council of Ministers Dr Zoran Tegeltija sent a telegram of condolence on the occasion of passing of by Metropolitan Crnogorsko Primorski Amfilohije to Holy Synod of Archbishops the Serbian Orthodox Church, Metropolitante Crnogorsko-Primorska, clergy, monks and all believers of the orthodox faith. 

“I was deeply shaken by news on passing of by His Eminence Metropolitan Crnogorsko-Primorski Amfilohije.

Metropolitan Amfilohije was an extraordinary person, spiritual pastor, respected by believers belonging to the Serbian Orthodox Church and all good-willed people.

The Serbian Orthodox Church lost a wise spiritual leader, who used to show both to believers and clergy to the path of peace, justice and love to the near ones, doing so also in the most difficult times. His passing of is a call to harmony and congregation “,reads the telegram of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
