Chairman Tegeltija Meets with Public Procurement Agency Manager Salčin

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija held a meeting today with Manager of the BIH Public Procurement Agency Đenanom Salčin on possibilities for solution-finding to difficulties in public procurement operations, as a number of objections have been arriving. 

Manager Salčin briefed Chairman Tegeltija of position of The Public Procurement Agency Collegium that the Law on Public Procurement of BIH defines an accelerated public procurement process in case of emergency or extraordinary circumstances.

Chairman Tegletija required the Agency Manager to inform with the position all the contracting bodies in BIH, health institutions, primarily.
