Chairman Tegeltija in Talks with Assistant UN Secretary-General

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija talked in Sarajevo with Mirjana Špoljarić-Eger, Assistant UN Secretary-General, Assistant UNDP Administrator and Head of Regional Office for Europe and Community of Independent States.. 

The meeting discussed continuation of cooperation in areas important for BIH citizens, and Chairman Tegletija thanked to Špoljarić-Eger for UNDP and UN assistance through development projects in BIH, noting his satisfaction because of their continuation.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers briefed the Assistant UN Secretary-General of the current political and economic situation in the country, and they exchanged views of other topical issues form the region and world.

The meeting, attended by Steliana Nedera, UNDP Resident Representative in BIH, assessed that the cooperation to-date between BIH Institutions and UN specialised agencies in BIH was very successful and useful for both sides. (end)
