Bilateral Meetings of Chairwoman Krišto with President of Ukraine Zelenski and Prime Minister of North Macedonia Mickoski

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto talked in separate meetings in Dubrovnik with President of Ukraine Volodimir Zelenski and Prime Minister of the North Macedonia Hristian Mickoski. 

Chairwoman Krišto extended messages of encouragement to President Zelenski and Ukraine  people, in addition to congratulations to President Zelenski for progressing on the EU path and organisation of the first Inter-Government Conference, scheduled to take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, too, by the end of this year.

At the margins of the South Europe – Ukraine Summit, a bilateral meeting was organised with Prime Minister of the North Macedonia, the first since his assignment a few months ago. Extraordinary bilateral and friendly relations were acknowledged, with emphasised further strengthening of economic cooperation, in addition to boosting development of various forms of infrastructure to connect better the two countries.

Aspirations and dedication of both countries for a full membership in the EU was noted, as well as continued commitment for fulfilment of all requirements. The high political officials from BIH and the North Macedonia agreed that opportunities offered by the Growth Plan must be used in the best way with further reforms that both counties need to implement.(end)
