Chairwoman Krišto Opens „Ivo Gregurević“ Days of Croat Movie in Orašje

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto opened the 28th „Ivo Gregurević“ Days of Croat Movie in Orašje today. 

On that occasion, Chairwoman Krišto said that the Days of Croat Movie in Orašje is the venue of gathering, artistic innovations and cultural diversity where, in the heart of Posavina, film audience from the region may experience a magic atmosphere of film festival, which promotes richness, creativity and diversity of the film industry.

The fact that it is the 28^th edition of the Days of Croat Movie speaks that it is a cultural event of rich and long tradition, which has made Orašje and Posavina recognisable in Bosnia and Herzegovina for all its guests and visitors. Therefore, to be here means to remember its funder, great Croatian actor Ivo Gregurević. That man righty, with his ideas, his energy and enthusiasm made this small, Posavina event, grow into a respectable cultural event, gathering ever increasing number of guests, which promotes through a rich and meaningful programme Croat movie and Croat culture, as a part of overall Croatian identity in Bosnia and Herzegovina. That is why I wish to emphasise that these are values which all of us must be aware of, and take care of“, Chairwoman Krišto said.

At the end of her address, she congratulated to organisers for organising this important event, reminding all in BIH of the importance of art, film and culture.(end)
