Council of Ministers of BIH Holds Its 35 Extraordinary Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH, at tis extraordinary, phone session, took a decision on criteria for selection of one or more NOGs to be allocated funds from the current grant “Accommodation for Foreigners-Human Trafficking Victims” for year 2020. 

It is about the sum of KM 70,000 secured according to the Law on Budget of BIH Institutions and International Obligations of BIH for year 2020 at the item “current transfers and grants - grants to non-profit organisations – accommodation for foreigners, human trafficking victims”.

The Ministry of Security of BIH will publish a public call at tis web-site and three daily newspapers for selection of one or more NGOs to provide accommodation and taking care for foreigners - human trafficking victims.

The criteria defined by the decision include, among other things, data on accommodation capacities, hired staff and security aspects of facility, as well as data on kind of services to be provided for the accommodation of foreigners, victims of human trafficking.

The decision was made in accordance with the Law on Foreigners and Rulebook on protection of foreigners – human trafficking victims.
