No Quorum for Decision-Making at CoM 8th Extraordinary Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH at its 8th extraordinary, phone, session had no quorum for decision-taking, where they should consider a Proposal Decision for Declaring August 16, 2023 a mourning day in Bosnia and Herzegovina because of a tragedy that took place in Gradačac. 

The extraordinary, phone, session had no quorum for work and decision taking by the Council of Ministers of BIH in time period from 9.30 to 12.00. (end)
