Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Its 53rd Extraordinary Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH failed, with eight votes for and two against, in the second round of voting, to take a decision on Amendments and Supplements to a Decision on additional conditions for foreigners’ entry to Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Security of BIH. 

Also, the Council of Ministers of BIH failed, with seven votes for and three against, to take decision on Amendments and Supplements to Decision on visas, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In the second round of voting, with seven votes for and three against, the Council of Ministers of BIH failed to reach consensus on taking decision on mandatory application of a preferential treatment of domestic products/services in public procurement procedures.
