Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Its 43rd Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH considered, at its 43rd session, 33 agenda items, the adoption of which failed due to voting against by representatives from Republika Srpska. In this case, Article 18 para (3) of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, addressing the second round of vote, will be applied. 

Among 18 items of the agenda withdrawn or not included into the agenda, there were a Proposal Decision Endorsing 2021 Bosnia and Herzegovina Reform Programme, and Proposal Decision on Amendment and Supplements to Decision on Visas.

The session adopted minutes from the 42^nd regular session and 55^th, 56^th, and 57^th extraordinary sessions of the Council of Ministers of BIH. (end)
