Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Its 43rd Extraordinary Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH adopted, at its extraordinary, phone session, a piece of information the up-coming fifth meeting of the Sub-Committee for Internal Market, Competition and Consumer Health, to be held on January 28, 2021 via video-link. 

The session adopted a discussion document, and granted its consent for the BIH delegation composition, in addition to several operative conclusions for a better preparation for the meeting.

The Directorate for European Integrations will provide the English version discussion document for the fifth meeting within the deadline set.

The meeting should discuss, among other things, the harmonisation of the BIH legislation with the EU acquis in the areas of competition and state aid, in addition to the areas of public procurement, banking sector and other financial services, public health and consumer protection.
