CoM CHAIRMAN TO ANSWER TO INTERPELLATION OF BIH HOUSE OF RERPESENTATIVES MEMBERS 

 

The Council of Ministers of BIH authorised Chairman Zoran Tegeltija to orally answer to an interpellation by members of the BIH Parliamentarian Assembly House of Representatives  Predrag Kojović, Nermin Nikšić, Aida Baručija, Saša Magazinović, Nada Mladina, Zukan Helez, Mirjana Marinković-Lepić, and Damir Arnnaut at the Parliamentarian Assembly House of representatives session, scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

To the interpellation for opening a discussion on activities of the Council of Ministers of BIH on finding the way out from the crisis caused by Covid-19 pandemics, a comprehensive answer was prepared on activities implemented and measures taken by the Ministries of Civil Affairs, Security, Foreign Affairs, Finance and Treasury, Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, and Communications and Transport, as well as by the BIH Coordination Body for Protection and Rescue.

 

PROPOSAL OPINIONS

The Council of Ministers of BIH defined, upon a proposal of the Ministry of Justice, opinions on Proposal Law on Amendments and Supplements of the BIH Election Law and Supplements to the Law on Work in the BH Institutions, proposed by Saša Magazinović, Deputy in the Parliamentarian Assembly of House of Representatives.

With seven votes for and two against, no consensus was reached on Proposal Opinions concerning Proposal Law on High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BIH, Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor of BIH, and on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Democratic Front Club of Deputies of the House of Representatives.

 

PUBLIC AD FOR FILLING VACANCY FOR ITA EXPERT STAFF

The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Finance and Treasury-proposed decision to publish an ad for selection and appointment of the Indirect Taxation Administration Steering Board member.

It is about an ITA expert staff-member to be appointed by the Council of Ministers on a five-year term.

Both general and special conditions for the post were prescribed under a Decision on criteria for selection and appointment of the ITA Steering Board staff member.
