Council of Ministers of BIH Holds Its 48th Extraordinary Session

VACCINES AGAINST COVID-19 FROM CHINA AND TURKEY AND CHF 100K BY “NESTLE” 

The Council of Ministers of BIH adopted, at its 48^th extraordinary, phone, session  a piece of information by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BIH on a receipt and distribution plan for donations by the People’s Republic of China and Republic of Turkey, including a donation by “Nestle” Company, all intended for a response to Covid-19 disease, caused by SARS-Cov-2.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of BIH is responsible to take up, on behalf of the Council of Ministers of BIH, donations by the People’s Republic of China, Republic of Turkey and “Nestle” Company, for an aim of containing the disease caused by corona virus.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs will distribute total 100,000 CHF, donated by the “Nestle”, for the purpose of acceleration of vaccination process in BIH, in a way that Republika Srpska will receive CHF 37,240, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina CHF 60,760, and Brčko District of BIH will get CHF 2,000.

The donation by the People’s Republic of China of 50,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccines will be distributed to Republika Srpska (18,620), the Federation of BIH (30,380), and Brčko District of BIH (1,000).

The Ministry of Civil Affairs will distribute the Republic of Turkey donation of 30,000 doses of Sinovac vaccines to Republika Srpska (11,020), the Federation of BIH (17,980) and to Brčko District of BIH (1.000) doses. The vaccines of the Republic of Turkey arrived to the Sarajevo Airport on March 28, 2021.
