Council of Ministers of BIH Holds Its 21st Extraordinary Phone Session

The Amendment refers to the date of departure of BIH citizens to Belgium, which was planned as an international flight in route Tuzla-Ostend-Bride for Thursday, May 14, 2020. The new term of flight was established as the earlier scheduled flight for May 9, 2020 did not take place.
The BIH Border police, competent Entity epidemiological and health services and the Public Enterprise International Airport Tuzla are responsible for the implementation of the Decision.
The Council of Ministers of BIH took a decision approving the opening of the international border crossing for international air traffic for passenger flight – Airport Banja Luka for the reason of departure of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina for work to the Republic of Armenia.
The departure will be organised on Friday, May 15, 2020 by air flight on route Banja Luka – Armenia. The list of passengers will be provided to responsible bodies of BIH before the plane taking off.
Before taking off from the International Airport Banja Luka, the passengers are obliged to comply with all instructions and order by competent bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina (border, epidemiological and health services).
The BIH Border police, competent Entity epidemiological and health services and the Airports of Republika Srpska, Jsc. Banja Luka are responsible for the implementation of the Decision.
The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Security-proposed decision to grant a special approval for entry and stay of citizens of the Republic of Austria in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The decision refers to three citizens of the Republic of Austria who got a special permission for entry and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina for seven day from the entry to BIH for te reason of funeral of deceased Milan Đurđević in Gradiška (Dragelji village).
Special permits are issued to Mirko Đurđević, Veselini Đurđević and Dalibor Đurđević, brother, wife and son of deceased Milan Đurđević. They will enter Bosnia and Hezregovina at the Gradiška border-crossing, and during they stay in BIH they are obliged to comply to all instructions and order of the responsible bodies of BIH, namely epidemiological and health services.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BIH, Ministry of Security of BIH, Border Police of BIH and Foreigners’ Affairs Service, in cooperation with the Republic Administration of Civil Protection of Republika Srpska are responsible for the implementation of the decision.
