Council of Ministers Holds Its 78th extraordinary Phone session

The Council of Ministers of BIH adopted a piece of information on a need for signing three agreements on free movement of people, within the Berlin Process, and granted its consent to three proposal Agreement. 

It is about the Agreement on Freedom of Movement with ID Document in Western Balkans,; Agreement on Recognition of Professional Qualifications of Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Medicine and Architect, in the context of Central European Agreements on Free Trade;  and Agreement on Recognition of High Education Qualification in the Western Balkans.

The BIH Presidency is required to give its consent to an attendance by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Zoran Tegeltija at the Berlin Process Sumit, to take place in Berlin, on November 3, 2022, as well as for signing of the three Agreements.

After approval, the Agreements will be passed to a procedure of adoption and ratification of international treaties, in accordance with the Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Signing of the three Agreements, leaders of the Western Balkans would continue to strengthen regional cooperation relevant for everyday life of almost 18 million people in the region, by way of facilitating their travel and creation of conditions for increased mobility of experts, students, scientists and academic staff.
