The Council of Ministers verified, at today’s extraordinary, phone, session, a Proposal International Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina, on one side, and the European Union, on the other side, on participation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EU Horizon Europe – Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.

The European Union will sign contacts with legal persons from Bosnia and Herzegovina whose projects were approved in 2021 bid procedure.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has secured funds for the 2021 Programme entry ticket, evaluated by the EU at EUR 1,545,120, a part of which sum to be covered from IPA Fund.

The Horizon Europe is a seven-year programme, successor of the Horizon 2020 Programme, in which Bosnia and Herzegovina took part as a joined country for the Programme term 2014-2020.
